Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we follow strict food safety standards. Please read this policy carefully.

  1. All Sales Are Final

    We cannot accept returns of food products once they have shipped.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives:

    • damaged
    • incorrect
    • spoiled due to shipping error

    You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of packaging
    • Order number

    We will either:

    • Replace the item, or
    • Issue store credit at our discretion
  3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

    Once a package is handed to the carrier, delays outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
    If a package is lost, we will file a claim and may issue a replacement depending on carrier confirmation.

  4. Customer Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate shipping details
    • Ensuring someone retrieves the package promptly
    • Refrigerating items upon delivery

    We cannot refund orders spoiled due to incorrect addresses or unattended deliveries.
