Meet Raechel.

RAECHEL VAN BUSKIRK · FOUNDER & CEO

Raechel began developing Deviled Egg Co. in a rented Omaha bar kitchen in 2017. By putting new flavors on a familiar favorite, she found a way to make a small bite feel like a big experience.

Her hospitality background spans working the floor, cooking, catering, and events. That experience helped shape a business centered on memorable food and the people who serve it.

Today, the next chapter is local ownership: bringing the brand to new communities with owners who share that enthusiasm for food, service, and human connection.

The idea for Deviled Egg Co. begins.
2020
Food trailers, wholesale accounts, and outdoor events.
2021
Opened the first full-service restaurant.
2022
Nationwide shipping established.
2023
Expands to Texas with second full service restaurant
2024
The first fast-casual restaurant opened in McKinney, TX.
2025
Shark Tank airs, and a second fast-casual restaurant opens in Rockwall, TX.
2026
The third fast-casual restaurant opened in Coppell, TX; the menu was expanded to include protein bowls, and franchising began.
