GOOD QUESTIONS. A CLEARER NEXT STEP.

What would you
like to know?

Start with the questions prospective owners ask most often. Then talk with us about your experience, goals, and market.

Do I need restaurant experience?

Food and beverage experience is strongly preferred, especially in management or business ownership. We value team leadership, consistent operations, and a great guest experience. A sales background is a plus.

Do I need to work in the restaurant?

Owners should be actively involved, even with a manager overseeing daily operations. Your role includes team leadership, marketing, and local business development.

Can I own more than one location?

Additional locations may be discussed with owners who have demonstrated strong performance in their first restaurant.

How much space do I need?

Approximately 600–1,000 square feet with limited seating, subject to approved site criteria. The team will review your proposed space. Parking, visibility, traffic, equipment, and ventilation need to be assessed for the site.

How long does it take to open?

Approximately 6–9 months, depending on site selection, construction, pre-opening requirements, and training.

How many employees will I need?

Plan for 1–3 team members per shift — about 20 mostly part-time employees across a full week’s schedule.

What are the startup costs?

Draft initial investment is $198,296 – $636,486, including a $45,000 initial franchise fee. Review the initial investment and ongoing obligations together.

What training will I receive?

The program includes 80 hours over 10 days in the Dallas metro area and 2–3 days of in-market opening support. Training covers the menu, daily operations, team management, safety, guest experience, and business fundamentals.

Can I open in my city?

Tell us where you would like to open. The franchise team will discuss whether an opportunity is available. Eligible states, target markets, and territory terms must be confirmed.

What happens after I inquire?

Start with an introductory conversation. If there is a potential fit, next steps include a confidential questionnaire, disclosure, meeting the team, and a final review before onboarding.
